No separate sign-up is needed: you sign in with your mobile number and an SMS code and your account is created automatically.
How do I cancel my appointment?
In "My appointments" you can cancel up to the notice the business sets; after that, please call the business.
How do I know my appointment is confirmed?
You get a confirmation SMS and the appointment shows as confirmed in "My appointments". Some businesses confirm bookings after reviewing them.
